Anime Origins Mythic Units
Honored One, Data Analyst, Linked, and Shinoru at launch.
Mythic is the rarity most Anime Origins accounts actually play. Secrets are S+, but banners are stingy. After the 14 August 2026 launch, four Mythics matter: Goju (Honored One), Bluma (Data Analyst), Noroto (Linked), and Shinoru. The first three have full published kits. Shinoru does not. This page is the kit sheet; early-meta letters live on the unit tier list. When a Secret finally drops, read Secret units and keep Bluma anyway.
Mythics still eat traits and evolution materials. Goju and Noroto want damage or cooldown. Bluma wants Hustler or Looting. Shinoru should not see Immortal pity until the kit is no longer a blank row. Legendary fillers that you outgrow are on Legendary and Epic units.
Goju (Honored One)
Goju (inspired by Gojo) is an S-tier Mythic because the lane becomes safer, not because the tooltip is a simple damage percent. Infinity nullifies attacks that approach the unit by stretching the space in front of it. That is placement insurance in Infinite Mode and in any chapter that throws projectiles or contact damage at your carry.
Infinity Expansion slows enemies that remain in range for six seconds by 30 percent for six seconds. Slow is a force multiplier for every other unit on the track: Madara’s Calamity, Valcrad’s coffin pathing, Noroto’s cloak window, even Bluma’s kill conversions. Place Goju where enemies linger, not on a straight that they sprint through in two steps.
Goju is the correct first carry if you have no Secret. Pair with Bluma, push Story, and do not sell Goju the moment Madara appears. Slow plus a Secret AOE is a comp, not a downgrade. Ace, Haste III, or Overseer all fit. Scholar is a waste on a unit you already intend to max.
Bluma (Data Analyst)
Bluma (inspired by Bulma) is the A-tier farm that refuses to leave the board. Combat Data Optimization lets allied units in range generate Training Data on kills: plus 1 per enemy, plus 5 per mini-boss, plus 25 per boss. At the start of each wave you gain bonus income from checkpoints:
| Training Data | Bonus income |
|---|---|
| 35 | +5% |
| 80 | +10% |
| 145 | +15% |
| 240 | +22% |
| 380 | +30% |
Place Bluma on the busy lane, not in a decorative back corner. The unit does not need to solo the boss. It needs nearby allies to score kills. That is why farm comps on team builds still include a real clearer.
Hustler is the dream trait (plus 30 percent income and range). Looting is the backup. Immortal on Bluma is a team-wide mistake because Immortal’s placement limit of 1 belongs on a Secret. Keep Bluma after you pull Madara. The Secret spends the gold Bluma prints. Accounts that replace farm with a fourth damage Mythic stall on Infinite breakpoints and Raid upgrade ticks.
Noroto (Linked)
Noroto (inspired by Naruto) is the other S-tier Mythic: a timed burst instead of a slow aura. Nine-Tails’ Cloak gains 1 Chakra every 3 seconds. At 10 Chakra, Noroto enters the cloak for 20 seconds: plus 25 percent damage, minus 20 percent cooldown, plus 15 percent range. Chakra does not build during the cloak, so the cycle is ramp, burst, repeat.
Tailed Beast Barrage only runs while cloaked. Every three attacks, a chakra burst hits around the target for 50 percent damage in a small area. If you judge Noroto on the uncloaked auto, you will underrate it. If you place it on a lane that is empty during the 20 second window, you will waste the cloak on air.
Noroto is the Story sweeper when Madara did not drop. Haste traits shorten the time between bursts. Stride can work if the unit never stops attacking. Decay is optional. Do not park Noroto behind Bluma out of range of the pack it is supposed to delete during cloak.
Shinoru
Shinoru (inspired by Shinobu) is a Mythic with thin launch data. Public kits still read as a placeholder. This wiki therefore parks Shinoru in B on the unit list with an unknown flag, not in S beside Goju and Noroto. Do not invent a poison fantasy and spend 1300 Immortal pity to test it. Feed Shinoru only if it is literally your only Mythic, then move EXP the moment Goju, Noroto, or a Secret lands.
When Origins Project publishes the kit, this page will gain real passives and the tier list will move. Until then, treat Shinoru as a banner curiosity, not a plan.
Mythic versus Secret versus Legendary
If your best unit is Goju or Noroto, you already have an S-tier carry. Add Bluma, then chase Secrets without deleting the farm slot. If your best unit is Shinoru plus Legendaries, play the beginner build and summon. If your best unit is already Madara, Valcrad, or Cursed Lover, keep Goju as slow support when you have the slot, keep Noroto only if cloak still covers a second lane, and keep Bluma until Hustler income is replaced by something that actually pays more.
Bluma stays when Secrets arrive because Training Data pays for Heaven Splitter, Coffin upgrades, and Love Beam cycling. Goju stays when Secrets arrive if the lobby still leaks to speed. Noroto leaves first when a second Secret needs the placement. Shinoru leaves first in every other story. That swap order is the whole Mythic page in one paragraph, and it is why farm and carry are graded on different axes instead of a single rarity ladder.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Is Goju better than Noroto?
They share S for different jobs. Goju slows and survives. Noroto bursts on a cloak timer. Keep the one that matches the lane you leak on.
Should I evolve Bluma or my damage Mythic first?
Evolve the carry you place every match, but do not skip Bluma forever. Training Data checkpoints are why farm comps work. See [team builds](/tier-list/builds/).
Why is Shinoru not S tier?
Launch notes still lack a real kit. The [unit tier list](/tier-list/units/) marks Shinoru B / unknown so pity is not wasted.
Do I keep Mythics after pulling a Secret?
Keep Bluma. Keep Goju if you need slow. Compare Secret kits on [Secret units](/players/secret-units/) before you sell Noroto.
What is the next rarity down if I have no Mythic carry?
Tranko is the A-tier Legendary sweeper. Read [Legendary and Epic units](/players/legendary-epic/) and stop feeding the rest.
